Plan of underground utility systems within MKAD will be ready before the end of 2016
The Consolidated plan of underground utility systems and structures within the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) is planned to work out before the end of the year, reports the portal of the Construction Complex according to the words of the Deputy Mayor for urban policy and construction of Marat Khusnullin.
“This is a major source of information which will include a integrated data about the types and layout of existing and planned underground utilities and structures,” said Marat Khusnullin.
Deputy mayor noted that this document will include all underground parts of buildings, underground utilities and their projects. The plan is being developed by the company Mosgorgeotrest. “This plan will optimize the process of connecting new facilities to utility networks and significantly reduce the timing of engineering survey work for developers,” added the head of the Construction Complex.
The decision to work out the plan is considered to be the next step in support of the construction industry in a challenging economic environment, along with the facilitation of administrative procedures and conversion of services to electronic format.
