Polyclinic in New Moscow will be designed according to BIM technologies

A polyclinic for children and adults for 230 visits during a shift which will be built in New Moscow, is being designed with BIM technologies, Vladimir Zhidkin, head of new territories development, announced.

The section of architectural and technological decisions will include all spaces, constructive elements of the building, furniture and sanitary installations. “Technical requirements provide for creation of accessibility conditions, comfort of mobility and navigation”, – Vladimir Zhidkin said.

The informative model will also include peculiarities of terrain and beautification elements. “For example, the scheme of the land plot will include designed elements: terrain as a 3D model, sites, covers, ladders, ramps, fences and other beautification elements”, – the head of department clarified.

Design is planned to be completed in 240 days.
