A project office for improving the investment climate is created in Moscow
Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin signed a decree on the establishment of a project office to improve the investment climate in the capital.
“The Project Office is the collegial working body of the Moscow Government for managing project activities aimed at creating favorable business conditions, reducing administrative barriers, as well as achieving models for simplifying business procedures and increasing the investment attractiveness of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the National Rating of the Investment Climate in Subjects Russia”, the document says.
The organization will be headed by Deputy Mayor for Economic Policy and Property-Land Relations Natalia Sergunina. Deputy Head of the Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship Alexey Fursin, Head of the Department for Economic Policy and Development Vladimir Efimov and Chairman of the State Services Committee of Moscow Elena Shinkaruk will become her deputies.
