Prosecutor’s office tested 4000 illegal regulatory legal acts in the field of housing construction
Since early 2017, prosecutors have protested about 4 thousand illegal regulatory legal acts in the field of housing construction. Most cases are associated with excessive administrative barriers and attempts to pressure business, told the official representative of the Prosecutor General’s Office, Alexander Kurennoy.
“The analysis of revealed violations showed that in a number of constituent entities of the Russian Federation authorities and local self-government regulatory legal acts regulating legal relations in the analyzed area have not been brought into line with the changed federal legislation,” said Alexander Kurennoy.
As he said, the federal center has headed for the maximum reduction of barriers, but regions quite often stoke beginnings in the standard acts. Increase the simplicity and transparency of housing construction is possible only through strict control.
