PSTS service to be delivered in electronic format

Since December 6, 2016, the service of obtaining project-specific technical specifications (PSTS) is transferred to online mode. Developers can apply and obtain the documents for provision of this service on the Portal of state services, says the Chairman Moskomekspertiza Valery Leonov.

Now this service can be obtained both via a personal visit to the office, as well as by the internet on the website, said Leonov.

In addition, the Portal of state services also gives the opportunity to obtain Moskomekspertiza decision based on the results of consideration of the PSTS.

“Transfer of PSTS service to electronic format is an important step. It will not only help to optimize and improve the quality of the service, but also adds to further improvement of administrative procedures in the construction industry,” said Valery Leonov. He noted that the Mayor of Moscow, SergeY Sobyanin has previously focused attention on the importance of the formation of a full cycle of e-services – from rendering a land plot up to providing a construction permit. This will help to reduce the administrative barriers for the business community.

Since December 6 the service is available on the state services portal in the test mode.
