Putin: work to reduce administrations should continue

Work to reduce administrative procedures in construction should continue, said Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting of the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects.

The head of state recalled that the Government has already translated almost a third of the existing norms and requirements into recommendations.

“I support, but I want to say that such a clearing must be carried out further. Moreover, in all areas of economic life, the matter is not only in construction, this is the most striking example, but we have enough problems of this kind in other industries”, – said Vladimir Putin.

The President noted that the emergence of new investment projects within the country, expansion of infrastructure, strengthening of ties between regions will remove many barriers for entrepreneurs.

“But it is necessary to remove not only infrastructure, but also administrative, bureaucratic obstacles. Here it is necessary to act even more energetically, even more decisively, naturally, not to the detriment of the quality and safety of buildings, new facilities and structures”, – Vladimir Putin emphasized.

Recall that earlier the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin announced the signing of a resolution translating almost a third of existing construction requirements into recommendations.
