PWC experts analyzed first half results 2019 for the building industry

The study also noted an increase in the total area of commissioned buildings: according to the company, commissioning in the first half of the year amounted to 5.5 million square meters. m, which is 2.5 times more compared to the same period in 2018.
“The volume of commissioning of living space increased to the greatest extent – 3.3 times, moreover, mainly in the segment of apartment buildings (commissioning of individual housing by the population is not more than 5% of the total). At the same time, the commissioning of non-residential buildings also increased significantly – 1.6 times, mainly due to the commissioning of commercial, industrial and administrative buildings, ”the study says.
