Reduction of administrations will not affect the safety of construction

10.07.2020

Reducing excess requirements will not affect the safety of construction, said Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.

“We have done a lot of work and have abolished only superfluous and overlapping norms. At the same time, the remaining requirements are enough to ensure complete safety during the construction and operation of facilities”, – said Khusnullin.

He noted that in Russia and, in particular, in Moscow, programs to reform administrative procedures in construction are already being successfully implemented. This experience shows that thanks to a well-functioning regulatory system, it is possible to reduce the duration of projects without losing quality.
