Reform of document flow in construction aimed at time saving for developers
Connecting the grid companies to the system of interagency electronic interaction is an important part of the work on transfer of state services to electronic format, said Elena Povetkina, Head of the office for optimization and control over procedures related to urban planning policy of Moscow Department of Urban Planning Policy.
“As a result of the document flow reform developers will have no need to submit to the grid companies any documents that are already in possession of the state authorities, I mean extracts from the state registries and cadaster, leasing contracts, GPZU and other. There will be no need to submit documents of grid companies to the state authorities as well, including documents of conformity of a constructed object with specifications of grid companies,” said Elena Povetkina in her interview to “Stroim Prosto”.
Elena Povetkina noted that the document flow is successfully introduced and implemented in the system of state and municipal services.
It is to be recalled that transfer of state services to electronic format is an important step towards lowering administrative barriers. Obtaining the necessary documents online saves time and money for developers and gives a chance for early implementation of projects.
