Regions acknowledged with Moscow experience in digitalization in construction
The management of construction complexes of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug and the Republic of Sakha became participants in the annual educational program “Expedition to Moscow: Soul and Number. Construction and transport ”, during which they got acquainted with the Moscow experience in implementing digital technologies in the construction sector. This was announced by the head of the Department of urban planning policy of the city of Moscow Sergey Levkin.
“The guests were presented the achievements of Moscow in the field of converting construction services into electronic form and the prospects for introducing digital technologies in urban management using the example of a construction complex. In addition, representatives of the Moscow Construction Complex made reports on the structure and dynamics of the territorial development of the capital, the urban development program for the development of the Moscow metropolitan area. They also talked about solving problems of creating a comfortable urban environment and a new level of quality of life, which the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin sets, ”said Sergey Levkin.
According to the head of the Department, representatives of the administrations of three Russian regions announced the benefits of such educational programs, as well as that they would apply the knowledge and skills acquired here in their work.
Sergey Levkin recalled that recently the Moscow authorities have managed to eliminate redundant and duplicate procedures, simplify the procedure and time for their passage, convert most of the services in construction to electronic form, and also create a number of online services convenient for developers.
So, from the end of December 2018, a service for connecting objects to engineering networks became available on the mos.ru portal. To date, developers have filed more than 6.5 thousand applications for connecting facilities to various types of resources. Also, city authorities have simplified the procedure for engineering surveys. Building organizations through the creation of relevant information resources gained access to the materials of the Geofund and the Consolidated plan of underground communications and structures.
Levkin stressed that work to optimize the number and timing of the procedures required for the implementation of construction projects will continue.
