Regulatory base in the construction sphere to be actualized by 2021

The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities will update the regulatory framework in construction until February 2021. Changes taking into account the emergence of new technologies in the design and construction will be made in 250 existing regulatory and technical documents.

About a year will take work on the preparation and implementation of about 130 new documents in the construction sector, necessary for the implementation of a phased renunciation of the use of outdated technologies in design and construction.

The plans of the Ministry of Construction – by July 2022 to provide the possibility of passing administrative procedures in housing construction on the principle of “one window” in the unified information system of housing construction.
