Representatives of authority and networking organizations discuss the termination of terminals to engineering networks
On Monday, November 13th, a round table discussion will be held in Moscow on the topic: “Is it possible to radically shorten the terms of joining the projects under construction to engineering networks?”
The key speakers of the event will be Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Hamit Mavliyarov, Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Kravchenko, Head of the Department for Urban Development Policy of the City of Moscow Sergey Levkin.
Participants of the round table will discuss new initiatives and practices to optimize the procedures for technological connection in order to shorten the construction of facilities.
The work carried out under the auspices of the Ministry of Construction of Russia on the unification of the procedures for connecting capital construction projects to gas, heat, cold and hot water supply networks today resulted in a reduction of 38 procedures.
In addition, in an area of federal cities in Moscow and St. Petersburg, as well as in the Moscow region, an experiment has begun to transfer services for connection to engineering support networks in an electronic form with respect to procedures related to the provision of technical conditions, the conclusion of contracts for technological connection, as well as the issuance of acts on connection to the networks of engineering and technical support.
The event will be held in the building of the Moscow City Hall at the address: Novy Arbat Street, 36.
