Requirements for design documentation for linear facilities changed

12.05.2020

A government decree came into force, fixing changes to the composition of sections of project documentation and the requirements for their content for linear facilities.

According to the new document, for capital construction projects that are part of the linear ones, it is allowed to prepare the design without obtaining the urban development plan of the land plot (GPZU), if the placement of such buildings and structures is provided for by the approved territory planning project and the territory surveying project.

Territory planning projects already contain GPZU data necessary for examination, so there is no need to receive it additionally. Thus, the new decree eliminates another redundant procedure in architectural design.
