Rosreestr is a basic element not only for the system of public services, but for the Russian economy as a whole, said Economic Development Minister Maxim Oreshkin.

“The list of those who depend on the work of Rosreestr is wide and important in the life of every person. The area of activity of the Federal Registration Service is a priority for the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, ”the minister said at a meeting of the board of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography.

The Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Maxim Akimov, stressed that in the next decade, the digitization of the national economy will be conducted, and the Federal Register of State Statistics plays a significant role in this process.

“The next decade will pass for us under the sign of total digitalization. Rosreestr is already at the forefront of digitalization and is the undisputed leader in the number of electronic services provided to citizens. In 2018, more than 65% of public services were rendered to them electronically, ”said Maxim Akimov.

Already today, Rosreestr’s services are among the most efficient in providing public services. According to the ministry, in 2018 the average time for registration of rights was five working days, although the statutory period established by law was seven working days (in 2016 it was 10 working days).
