Rosstandart has registered first set of rules on informational modeling

First set of rules on informational modeling out of four has been registered in Rosstandart, told on the website of Minstroy

New set of rules: “Informational modeling in construction. The rules of organization of work of technical departments”, is developed to implement BIM-technologies during all stages of building lifecycle. It also regulates the usage of this technology during construction and reconstruction of existing facilities.

“Key principles of informational modeling technology in technical departments, the requirements to design of informational model, required for acceptance from the client at the beginning of construction, the informational fulfillment of the model during construction site and the transmission of this model after the end of works are specified in the set of rules. The access levels to informational model for different stages of the project are also described there:, – explained the Deputy minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities Khamit Mavliyarov.

The implementation of informational modeling technologies will allow reduction of terms and costs during whole lifecycle of the project – from the creation till putting into operation or even demolition.
