Russia developed 104 sets of rules in construction in 2016
The final editions of 104 sets of rules for construction sector have appeared this year, says the Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities Mikhail Men.
According to him, all of them have already passed the expert examination the Federal Center for regulation, standardization and technical assessment of conformity in construction.
In addition, 290 technical approvals were issued, which are necessary to speed up the introduction of innovative materials and technological solutions in construction sector. It is referred to the materials, for which the standards and codes of practice are not yet developed. Technical approvals are issued on the basis of conclusions about safety.
As it was explained in the Ministry of Construction, in accordance with the state order, by the end of 2017 it is planned to develop and update about 400 normative technical documents which ensure the actuality of the regulatory framework.
It is to be recalled that 124 sets of rules have been developed last year. This helped to reduce the deficit of legal acts in the sphere of technical regulation.
