Russian developers will be offered to go to typical projects
The draft law, which provides for changes to the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation, should enshrine the concept of typical project documentation.
According to the new document, typical project documentation will be developed for the construction of capital construction projects “at the expense or with the involvement of the budget system of the Russian Federation, legal entities created by the Russian Federation, its constituent entities of the Russian Federation, municipalities …”. The draft document also notes that when choosing between a typical project and cost-effective project documentation, the developer is recommended to give preference to the first one.
It is assumed that model projects will be created using modern energy and resource-saving materials and technologies and will be updated at least once every five years.
The draft law is posted on the Federal portal of draft regulatory legal acts for public discussion.
