Sergey Levkin: Index of construction workmanship in Moscow amounts to 14 points out of 15 in the World Bank’s Doing Business list

Construction workmanship in Moscow is up to par according to the rating Doing Business of the World Bank, said the head of the Moscow department of urban planning policy Sergei Levkin.

The index of construction workmanship is evaluated on a scale from 0 to 15. Moscow received 14 points, that corresponds to a high level”, – said Sergey Levkin, reports the portal of Construction complex.

According to him, this criterion evaluates regulatory regime, quality control of security mechanisms, regulations on legal liability and insurance as well as the level of professional qualification requirements.

The Department officials noted that the Doing Business rating is the annual World Bank’s study that compares business environment in different countries.

Russia gained 119th position in the index Dealing with Construction Permits, moving up 37 positions. According to the rating “Doing Business” Russia ranks 51st, boosting up for 11 positions compared to the previous survey.
