Sergey Levkin: Moscow completely leaded from the “paper” format of interaction with developers
Work on reducing administrative barriers in construction has been carried out on behalf of the Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin since 2011 and is one of the priorities of the Moscow Construction Complex. During this time, quite good results were achieved in reforming the construction industry, said Sergei Levkin, head of the Moscow City Planning Department, in his interview.
“Today, all basic state services of the construction sector are provided in electronic form, starting from the registration of the GEPU and ending with the commissioning of the object – 19 state services. At the same time, in relation to 16 out of 19 electronic services in construction, we completely left the “paper-based” format of interaction with developers, ”the head of the department noted.
Sergey Levkin added that in order to simplify the collection of information by developers in Moscow, an information system has been created, which makes it possible to provide information on previously conducted geological and topographic studies.
Also, by the end of the year, it is planned to finish the work on transferring the services of network companies to electronic form, so that developers can receive them in the “one window” mode.
