22.09.2017

Moscow authorities continue the work on reuction of administrative barriers and simplification of connection of facilities to engineering networks. As the result the timeframe of technical connection may be reduced twice told in the interview to RIA Nedvizimost the Head of urban development Department of Moscow Sergey Levkin
Today technical connection causes the main difficulties for developers. « It takes most time to connect facility to networks, in particular sign various acts that confirm the work. These processes are done by resource providers and their work is not always clear and understandable. Today every resource company has a set of documents that is difficult to understand even for experienced developer. In practice developers often have to face the need for the same documents for different organizations», – told the Head of the Department.
The optimization of procedures by the unification of requirements and transfer to e-format is done to simplify technical connection and reduce the number of required alignments. The Russian Government has already approved the legislative act that will allow the reduction of number of procedures for connection to engineering networks till 38, told Sergey Levkin.
«Of course, when everything will be regulated and will be clear, which documents in which terms are required it will be much simplier. We do not have accurate calculations but I suppose that the terms will speed up twice», – he told
