Service for receiving online services of network organizations modernized

Based on the wishes received from developers, the functionality of services for obtaining services of network organizations on the Mayor’s Portal was improved. Modernization is carried out jointly with the capital’s Department of Information Technology. This was announced by the head of the Department of urban planning policy of the city of Moscow Sergei Levkin.

“For more than seven months, since the launch of the new service, which allows you to receive in electronic form the services of the Republic of North Ossetia for connecting objects to various types of resources, including as part of a single application, more than 4700 applications have already been submitted through This indicates the demand for the online format, the introduction of electronic services is carried out on behalf of the Mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin and is becoming more and more active in the everyday life of citizens”, said Sergei Levkin.
The service was finalized taking into account the wishes of the developers themselves, who, while receiving the services of network organizations, pointed out possible improvements that would improve their work on the Portal.
“As part of the new functionality, it has become possible to upload draft connection agreements and an act on technological connection signed by networkers. This is convenient, since the signing of the document is no longer tied to the Portal. Also, for projects under construction at several stages of commissioning at one site, the need for re-filing applications for concluding an agreement on connection to heat supply systems is excluded. Previously, each stage required a new application, ”explained the head of the Department.
In addition, at the same time the new functionality was launched, the legal entity’s office was updated: now it provides work with several employees of the same organization with the submitted application (viewing the application, sending the missing documents, withdrawing the application, etc.).
