Services in the field of urban planning will be transmitted online during the year
Services in the field of urban planning and land relations are planned to be completely converted into electronic form in Moscow during the year, said Vladimir Yefimov, deputy mayor for economic policy and property and land relations.
“There are certain difficulties associated with the transition of services in electronic form. We didn’t translate all the services just because we can not render all the services fully, precisely resting on the technological capabilities of the federal authorities. I think that within six months or a year we will transfer 100% to an electronic type of service, primarily services in the field of urban planning and land relations”, said Vladimir Efimov at the Moscow Financial Forum.
The deputy mayor noted that the Moscow Government is conducting systematic work to improve the investment climate, reduce barriers to business and simplify administrative procedures. In particular, in Moscow, the deadlines for completing work on connecting to water supply, heating and electricity networks were reduced by five times.
