Since May 20 information on utility networks to be included in GPZU
Moscow developers will be able to get all the information about the utility systems in a single document – the development plan of a land plot (GPZU) since May 20, told Sergey Levkin, Head of the Moscow department of urban policy.
The decree №137 was signed by Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin on March 29, 2016.
“GPZU, which is issued by the Moscow government in paper and electronic format, will include information on utility networks and underground facilities located within the certain site, as well as preliminary technical conditions for connection to water supply and sewage networks,” said Sergey Levkin.
According to him, in order to employ two services at once (GPZU and technical conditions) you have to submit a one application.
“This measure will allow investors to save time and money while preparing project documents,” said Sergey Levkin.
Since April 1, 2016 developers can obtain the service for the preparation, approval and amendments of the development plan of a land plot (GPZU) only online, via the portal of state services. GPZU is a key document that contains the basic parameters of a land plot for conducting construction activities.
