Investors implementing projects in the capital, today almost do not face administrative barriers, said Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

“We have issued town-planning solutions in the field of industrial construction, construction of hotels, offices, housing — enough to build peacefully for the next five to six years without even contacting the Moscow government,” said Sergei Sobyanin in an interview with Channel One framework of participation in the Gaidar Forum-2019.

According to the mayor of Moscow, often in the capital of Russia the size of investments exceeds their level in European cities.

“The cost of investing in a particular object is sometimes significantly higher than in European countries. These are just the excess requirements of technical supervision, fire control, Rospotrebnadzor, ”said Sergey Sobyanin.

The mayor of Moscow stressed that the city is constantly working to reduce administrative barriers and improve the investment climate.
