Term of getting access to developer’s personal account reduced to 5 days

22.06.2016

Developer’s personal account has moved to a new address: ugd.mos.ru. It became an independent subsystem of the major information and analytical system of the Construction Complex – Moscow Interagency Electronic Interaction System (IEIS).

According to the head of the Moscow department of urban planning policy Sergey Levkin, the procedure of getting access to the Developer’s personal account is now significantly facilitated.

“You no longer have to fill in a hard copy application for access to online service, and pass through excessive approval procedures. It is enough to apply via the Internet by clicking on the section “Login for developers” on ugd.mos.ru through the personal account on the Moscow Portal of state services. The application will be considered in two days, whereas before this process lasted a few weeks or even a month,” said Sergey Levkin.

Due to including Developer’s personal account in IEIS, it is possible to add new electronic services, which will provide information from all the systems of the Construction Complex. Nowadays in the personal account developers can get all the information on their objects including protocols of Urban-planning and Land Commission of Moscow, construction and occupancy permits, information on fines.

In addition, developers can use a search on the list of town planning documents.

Calculator of procedures will soon be added to Developer’s personal account; it is developed by the Moscow Construction Complex. The new electronic service will be presented at the Moscow Urban Forum, which will take place from June 30 to July 3.

The calculator will help developers to obtain quickly necessary information on all phases of the construction project which is implemented in Moscow.

Sergey Levkin stressed that all these measures are taken to reduce the administrative burden on business. The task was set before Construction Complex of the capital by Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin.
