Term of GPZU issuance to be reduced to 14 days in Moscow region

12.08.2016

Information System of Maintenance Urban Development (ISOGD) will help to reduce the term of issuance GPZU (development plan of a land plot) from 20 to 14 days, reported the Main Department for Architecture and Urban Development of the Moscow region.

“Next year the term of issuance GPZU will be reduced from 20 to 14 days due to the use of ISOGD,” the agency said.

Application procedure does not require a visit of developer at any stage of processing an application, the report underlines.

ISOGD is a systematic set of documented information on development and construction activities of the Moscow region, on land plots, on utilities and facilities located within the boundaries of a land plot, on the objects of capital construction, and other information.
