Term of interaction in the services of resource supplying organizations shorted to two days

The period for receiving documents from federal executive authorities in the provision of services of resource-supply organizations (RNO) has been shortened from 5 to 2 working days. As Sergei Levkin, head of the Moscow City Planning Policy Department, explained, this reduction was recorded at the federal level by a resolution of the Russian Government dated May 18, 2019 No. 611 as part of the decision to extend the experiment on electronic services provided by resource-supply organizations to 2022.

The head of the Department recalled that from December 20, 2018, it became possible to receive in electronic form on the official website of the Mayor and the Government of Moscow (mos.ru) the services of resource-supplying organizations for connecting objects to various types of resources within a single application.

“Back in 2017, the capital initiated the experiment and now developers can obtain technical conditions via the Internet, sign connection agreements and issue technological connection acts regarding electricity, gas, heat, water supply and drainage networks through mos.ru with 6 organizations – JSC “OEK”, PJSC “MOEK”, PJSC “MOESK”, JSC “Mosvodokanal”, JSC “MOSGAZ”, JSC “Mosoblgaz”. To date, more than 3,000 applications have been received, ”said Sergey Levkin.

“In case of successful testing of the Moscow initiative, this practice will be spread throughout Russia,” concluded Sergey Levkin.
