Terms of administrative procedures in construction industry decreased by almost 20%

02.03.2016

Time required for administrative procedures in construction industry reduced in 2015 for 19%. In addition, the number of necessary procedures decreased for almost 20%. Nowadays there are about 14 instead of 18 of them according to the press release of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, reports “RIA Novosti – Real Estate”.

Before the end of the next year federal subjects of Russia should start providing four major e-services – the expert examination of project documentation and results of engineering survey, the issuance of construction permits, the issuance of commissioning permits and the provision of city development plans for land (GPZU).

Moscow and Novosibirsk are currently among the leaders, with 12 services in electronic format. In 44 federal subjects of Russia e-services are not provided at all, or information about them is not available.

Moreover the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities is planning to develop a uniform standard of publication of necessary information on the websites of the highest organs of government.

It is to be recalled that application for state services in the construction industry can be sent from anywhere in the world at any time via personal account on the Moscow state services portal. E-document flow is a real saver of time for developers. The applicant does not need to collect a huge amount of documents: all of them are at the disposal of government bodies and are transmitted via the base register information.

You do not need to be present at any stage of the application process. The applicant can also track the progress of consideration of his appeal on the portal of public and municipal services. The Construction Complex gives free seminars for developers on the provision of public services in electronic format; the schedule of seminars can be found on stroi.mos.ru.
