Terms of cadaster services in the field of cadastral accounting reduced more than five times
The timing of the state cadastral registration, as well as the issuance of information from the real estate registry in recent years has been significantly reduced. This was announced by the director of the Cadastral Chamber for Moscow Elena Spiridonova.
“The process of obtaining public services in the field of real estate accounting has become better and more affordable. During the activities of the Cadastral Chamber in Moscow, the terms for the provision of public services have been reduced by more than five times”, said Elena Spiridonova.
To date, all procedures for maintaining the real estate register, as well as cadastral registration and registration of property rights, have been fully translated into electronic form.
Specialists of the Cadastral Chamber in Moscow have created electronic services, thanks to which any citizen, without leaving home, can perform any real estate transaction. This helped to reduce the time for conducting state cadastral registration, as well as the issuance of information from the real estate registry to 5 and 3 working days, respectively.
Significant development has also been received and issued documents. If for this it was necessary to contact the offices of the Cadastral Chamber and Rosreestr, now applicants can receive the whole range of public services at the offices of the My Documents multifunctional centers (MFCs) located in each district of the capital.
In addition, together with the Department of Urban Planning Policy of Moscow, a mechanism for interagency cooperation was developed, which involves the exchange of documents held by public authorities and local self-government. Thus, the applicant, applying for public services, is not required to submit a complete list of documents, since the registration authority independently requests the necessary certificates and information from the relevant departments.
It is worth noting that these changes have improved the conditions for doing business and the quality of life of citizens.
