The center of artistic gymnastics in barriers are building by BIM technologies
The construction of a rhythmic gymnastics center at Luzhniki is scheduled for completion in June of this year. This was announced on Saturday by Deputy Mayor of Moscow for urban planning and construction Marat Khusnullin.
“The construction of a rhythmic gymnastics center has reached the finish line, I am sure that in the summer the facility will host Russian and international competitions”, said Marat Khusnullin.
The head of the Construction Complex emphasized that the center is scheduled to be commissioned in June of this year, for this purpose, 1,260 people are working around the clock.
“This is the largest specialized gymnastics center in the world, its capacity will be about 4 thousand spectators. At the same time, the object is rather complicated from a technical point of view, there are very large roof spans, also high ceilings and an extremely original, but complex roof design in the form of a flying gym tape”, said Marat Khusnullin.
The deputy mayor of Moscow reminded that the rhythmic gymnastics center on the territory of Luzhniki will be equipped in full compliance with all international standards, and the facility itself is being built according to a project implemented using BIM-technologies of information modeling.
