The Construction complex of Moscow to talk about large-scale changes in SRO
On November 11 the Moscow Construction complex will hold a round table dedicated to large-scale changes in the system of self-regulation in construction (SRO), said the Head of the Moscow department of urban planning policy, Sergey Levkin.
He said that the purpose of the meeting is to talk with the representatives of construction business about the sense of changes in connection with the adoption of 372-FZ “On Amendments to the City Planning Code of the Russian Federation and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation”.
It is also planned to discuss the introduction of the City Planning Code of the Russian Federation the concept of “technical customer” and its functions, as well as the question of compulsory membership in the SRO only for general contractors, technical customers, as well as developers which implement construction projects on their own.
Participants of the meeting will learn about the sense of introduction of “regionalization principle”, according to which the builder and his SRO should be registered in the same region of the Russian Federation, as well as about the order of the transition of companies to their regional SROs.
