The contact center of construction complex of Moscow consulted 34 thousand citizens
For two years of work, the unified contact center of the building complex of Moscow was consulted by more than 34 thousand citizens, told RIA Novosti the head of the metropolitan department of urban planning policy Sergey Levkin.
“Including the center has provided consulting assistance on 4.5 thousand requests received from Moscow developers regarding the passage of various administrative procedures in the construction industry”, he said.
According to Lyovkin, the receipt of public services remains the main theme for developers to contact the contact center. The most popular questions relate to the procedure for filing notifications about the commencement of construction, the receipt of building permits and the design of the urban development plan for the land plot (GPZU).
The head of the department also recalled that for the operational work of the specialists of the contact center a knowledge base was created, with answers to frequently asked questions. Access to the knowledge base is open on the site of the Moscow construction complex.
