The development of the construction industry of Russia will be discussed at PMEF-2019
Within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum on June 7, a panel session “The reform of the construction industry. A look into the future ”, where it is planned to discuss new mechanisms for financing housing construction, risks and prospects for the construction industry.
“2019 is the period of the active phase of transition of the construction industry to a new housing financing mechanism using bank lending and escrow accounts. This will lead to the transformation of the construction industry, the emergence of new banking instruments, as a result – the market will become more transparent, the reliability of developers will increase, the problem with the defrauded real estate investors will be solved, ”the forum materials state.
Vladimir Yakushev, Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities of the Russian Federation, Olga Polyakova, Deputy Chairman of the Bank of Russia, Nikolay Nikolayev, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Natural Resources, Property and Land Relations, Artem Fedorko, Chairman of the Board of the Bank, and other speakers were invited to participate in the discussion.
