Other regions of the Russian Federation will be able to take advantage of Moscow’s best practices and accumulated experience in providing electronic services to network organizations, said Sergei Levkin, head of the Moscow City Planning Policy Department.

The head of the department recalled that today the Government of the Russian Federation has extended the experiment on the provision of electronic services until 2021.

“By this time, the results will be evaluated and proposals for implementing the practice of providing services to grid organizations in electronic form throughout Russia will be formed,” said Sergey Levkin.

According to him, at present, on behalf of the Mayor of Moscow, S. Sobyanin, active work is underway to develop electronic services provision services. Such services are actively included in the daily life of Muscovites, construction is no exception. The online format has proven its effectiveness and convenience. “Already, the Russian regions are showing interest in the practice of Moscow in translating the services of network organizations for connecting to electronic form. So, the Government of the Russian Federation received proposals to include the Far East in the experiment, ”the head of the department said

The speaker added that now, on the basis of the wishes received from the developers regarding the operation of a new service for providing electronic services to network organizations, the Department, in cooperation with the Moscow Department of Information Technology, is modernizing the functionality of the mos.ru portal.

“In addition, work is underway to transfer services to the state unitary enterprise Mosvodostok together with the Department of Housing and Communal Services,” S.Lyovkin said. – In addition, the Moscow Government has prepared proposals for expanding the scope of the experiment – it is proposed to transfer the issue of issuing an act on the fulfillment of technical conditions into electronic form. Currently, this proposal is being worked out jointly with the federal authorities. ”
