The government: pace of construction field development will not change

Despite difficult economic situation and coronavirus pandemic, the Russian Government is not planning on reduction of national projects implementation pace, Marat Khusnullin, deputy prime minister of Russia, says.

“In spite of a difficult situation arising from new coronavirus we do not slow down our pace of work. We understand the necessity to stay mobilize and work on implementation of all existing projects and anti-crisis plan. We have lightly changed the format of work and conduct selectors daily. We have transferred meeting with heads of regions, weekly meetings and all meeting with federal executive bodies to video and audio format”, – he said.

According to the deputy prime minister, in the current environment it is essential not to slow down the pace of construction field development.

“We have a clear understanding that construction should not stop, we have to minimize impact on the market to make the construction complex the driver of the country economy after the crisis”, – Marat Khusnullin noted.
