Until the end of this year, it is planned to transfer to the electronic form public services related to obtaining information from the Consolidated Plan of Underground Structures and Communications. This was told by the head of the Department of Urban Development Policy of Moscow Sergey Levkin.

“Services in electronic format are very in demand by Moscow developers. In our plans, by the end of 2018, we will transfer to the online acceptance of the executive documentation for the maintenance of the Consolidated Plan of Underground Communications and Structures of the City of Moscow and the provision of information from it. This will greatly simplify the procedure for obtaining these documents, “said Sergei Lyovkin.

The Head of the Department noted that three other services will also be transferred to the electronic form.

“The acceptance of materials and engineering survey data into the City of Engineering Data and Materials Research Fund will be made available online. In addition, developers will be able to sign up for a survey geodetic survey and make proposals for amendments to the Land Use and Development Rules via the Internet, “said Levkin.

The Moscow government has been working steadily for six years to improve the business environment and reduce administrative barriers in construction. By the end of 2018, it is planned to complete the transfer to the electronic form of 16 services of grid companies. After that, developers can submit one set of documents through the official portal of the mayor or the government of Moscow to connect to all types of resources.

“According to the results of a sociological survey conducted by the All-Russian Public Opinion Research Center, most of the industry’s specialists note the positive effect of the reforms being implemented. Seventy percent of developers actively support the provision of services for connection to engineering networks by filling out a single application in electronic form. We know about this and are systematically moving along the way of transferring the services of resource-providing organizations to the electronic form, “the official said.
