The terms of administrative procedures for construction will be reduced by another 50 days

On behalf of the President of Russia, the Federal Government will continue to optimize administrative procedures in the field of construction, which should give up to 50 days of savings depending on the type of project being implemented, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said.

“For this, we will make a number of changes to the Urban Planning Code and the Law” On Objects of Cultural Heritage (Historical and Cultural Monuments) of the Peoples of the Russian Federation. ” We will adjust the rules of land use and development, as well as the timing of the preparation of land planning documents. All together, these steps will give a fairly decent saving of time – up to 50 days, depending on the type of building that is planned to be built.”, – Mikhail Mishustin said during the government meeting.

The head of the Cabinet of Ministers added that at the same time it is planned to expand the capabilities of electronic document management.

“A list of actions and approvals will be determined that will take place only online, which will most positively affect the pace of launching new projects, and the investment climate in our country as a whole”, – said Mikhail Mishustin.
