The unified contact center of the Stroykomplex will hold a webinar on IZHS on December 2


On December 2, the single contact center of the Moscow Construction Complex holds a webinar dedicated to the issue of submitting notifications about the planned construction and compliance of the built IZHS facility or garden house.

“Now, in the context of preventing the spread of coronavirus infection, online events are gaining more and more popularity. On December 2, the Unified Contact Center of the Construction Complex will organize a webinar, during which listeners will be given comprehensive information on issues related to individual housing construction. The seminar is especially relevant for residents of rural settlements in New Moscow. Everyone can ask questions to the expert on their particular occasion”, – said Sergey Levkin, head of the Moscow City Planning Policy Department. He also recalled that for 11 months of 2020, the Unified Contact Center received 1852 appeals on the topic of the webinar.

The webinar will address the following issues:

  1. Parameters of the LPI object. What parameters should be provided for the construction of a house for seasonal and year-round living. When it is not necessary to receive notification about the construction of the house.
  2. Which data contains notification forms. Step-by-step instruction on how to complete the construction start and finish notification forms.
  3. Typical errors when filling out notification forms.

In preparation for the seminar, topical questions on the topic of training are collected, the answers to which the participants of the online seminar would like to receive in the process of its work.
