Two more state services of Mosgosekspertiza to be available online
Now we are working hard to make two more state services provided by Mosgosekspertiza (Moscow State Expert Committee) available in online mode, says the Chairman Moskomekspertiza, Valery Leonov.
“Soon two services will become available via the Internet: validation of estimated value of capital construction objects and approval of project-specific technical specifications (PSTS),” said Vladimir Leonov in his interview with “Moskovskaya perspektiva”.
In addition, some non-state services for investors will become available in electronic format. This includes services of non-state expert examination, technological and price audit and consulting.
“Once this work is completed, we will consider possible steps for transferring to online format the services of our second subordinate organization – the State autonomous institution of the city of Moscow “Research and Analytical Center”,” said Vladimir Leonov.
He noted that for more than three years Mosgosekspertiza has been working with project documentation and issuance of engineering survey results in electronic format.
It is to be recalled that the Moscow authorities are actively engaged in the program of transfer of state services in construction industry to electronic format. This is an important step towards lowering administrative barriers.
The number of online applications is constantly increasing. Electronic services not only save time and money of developers, but also eliminate the need for personal contact with officials, which led to lowering the level of corruption in the country.
