Two seminars on the provision of electronic services will be held on November 23

In the Complex of Urban Planning Policy and Construction of the City of Moscow, educational seminars are continuing for developers to provide services in the construction sector in electronic form, said Sergey Levkin, head of the Department of Urban Planning Policy of the City of Moscow.

On November 23, at 15:00, specialists of the Moscow Architecture Committee in an online format will hold an educational seminar for developers and designers on the provision of public services in the urban planning sector, during which they will talk about the services provided:

– Acceptance of as-built documentation for maintenance of the Consolidated Plan of Underground Communications and Facilities in the city of Moscow.

– Provision of information from the consolidated plan of underground communications and structures in the city of Moscow.

– Provision of technical opinion on compliance of design documentation with the Consolidated Plan of Underground Communications and Facilities in the city of Moscow.

– Recording for geodetic survey.

Also on November 23, a specialist of Moskomstroyinvest will talk about the nuances of receiving the service “Issuing a conclusion to the developer on the compliance of the developer and the project declaration with the requirements, article 3, part 2, articles 20 and 21 of Federal Law No. 214-FZ of December 30, 2004 “On participation in shared construction of apartment buildings and other real estate objects and on amending certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation” (state service).

The seminar will be held at 8/1 Vozdvizhenka Street, Moscow, building 1, floor 3, room 320 (or online seminar). Starts at 3:00 p.m.
