Unified contact center of the construction complex processed a record number of calls
Since the beginning of 2020, specialists of the Unified Contact Center (UCC) of the Moscow Construction Complex have received and processed more than 25.8 thousand, which is almost 4.3 thousand more appeals than in the same period last year, Sergey Levkin, head of the City Urban Planning Policy Department, said.
“Since the beginning of this year, specialists have received 23.5 thousand phone calls and 2.3 thousand written appeals from citizens and developers. For comparison, over the same period of 2019, the ECC received 18.8 thousand phone calls and 2.6 thousand written appeals”, – Sergey Levkin said.
According to the head of the department, the increase in the number of appeals is associated with the implementation of the renovation program. Residents are actively interested in the timing of resettlement, especially after the city authorities announced the indicative stages of the relocation of program participants.
