City authorities are considering the possibility of including SROs in a single digital platform for the interaction of construction participants.

According to the head of the Department of Urban Planning Policy of the city of Moscow Sergey Levkin, this would allow self-regulatory organizations to more effectively work with organizations that fulfill city contracts and quickly receive the necessary information, including from regulatory authorities.

“At the recent All-Russian online conference“ Digitalization of the construction industry: organizing electronic interaction of participants in the construction process ”, the issue of more effective interaction of SROs with construction companies included in them was discussed. As you know, the self-regulatory organizations are entrusted by law with control over the fulfillment of the contractual obligations of their members, therefore it is important for the SRO to see the full amount of information, including the comments of the Moscow Construction Inspection and the Moscow State Expertise for prompt response”, said Sergey Levkin.

The head of the department noted that for this it is necessary to establish electronic interaction through the line NOSTROY – SRO – Department of Urban Planning Policy – Mosgosstroynadzor.

“In addition, we need to work out the issue of integrating the algorithms and systems developed by NOSTROY into a single digital platform for the interaction of all participants in the construction process,” he added.

According to Sergey Levkin, expanding the participation of SROs in information interaction with executive authorities can significantly improve the control over the fulfillment by contractors of their contractual obligations for the construction of urban order facilities.
