Unified digital platform of the construction industry developed in Moscow

The Moscow authorities, with the support of federal ministries, are developing a unified information platform in the construction industry. This was stated by Sergey Levkin the Head of the department of urban planning policy in Moscow.

“Now we are at the very beginning of the development of a unified information platform in the construction industry. The essence of the platform is to create such a resource, where developers can receive from a single application from 1 to 18 government services, not running at instances, but sitting at a computer in their office, ”said Sergey Levkin.

The head of the department noted that today there are still a lot of difficulties in bringing the various regulations and rules of work of individual participants and departments involved in the construction process into compliance.

“According to our estimates, the horizon for developing such a platform ranges from 3 to 5 years,” added Sergey Levkin.

He recalled that the city authorities are conducting large-scale and systematic work to reduce administrative barriers in the construction industry. “By the end of this year, we will bring the started experiment on transferring services of network companies to electronic form. This is one of the most pressing and difficult issues for our developers, ”said the head of the department.
