Vice Premier: It is necessary to remove administrative barriers in construction
It is necessary to reduce the number of administrative procedures and reduce restrictions on construction throughout the country for further economic growth, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin said on the air of the Federation Council “Vmeste-RF” channel.
As an example, the Deputy Prime Minister cited the construction of an infectious disease center in Moscow, which, thanks to the optimization of all processes, including the approval procedures, were able to be built in just over a month.
“I ask the Federation Council and Valentina Matvienko very much, I know that she loves construction and understands construction, she supports us, but still we need to remove administrative procedures. Because we have from the idea to putting the object into operation – more than 100 conciliation procedures”, said Marat Khusnullin.
He also noted that under the existing administrative barriers of Russia it will be difficult to gain high rates of construction and development of the economy as a whole.
“I take this opportunity to appeal to all senators: we also support the laws, please, we will build quickly and efficiently,” added Marat Khusnullin.
