Vitaly Mutko: controversial moments in the legislation should be revised
Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation for Construction and Regional Policy Vitaly Mutko said that changes in the legislation affecting the construction market will be adjusted.
In particular, amendments to the law on shared construction, taking into account the criticism of developers, can take until July 1 this year.
In blessed days, according to the vice-premier, amendments to the law will be considered at a meeting of the Government, then the bill will be passed to the State Duma with the amendments to be in time for adoption in the spring session and approved by the Federation Council before the end of June.
“We know about certain legislative problems, for example, difficulties in coordinating complex projects”, Vitaly Mutko said. He added that, as an alternative, an option is discussed to postpone the entry into force of the contentious norms.
