Winners of the “Best implemented project” competition received awards

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin awarded the winners of the contest “The best implemented project in the field of construction-2019”. The ceremony was held in the White Hall of the City Hall.

“Congratulations to the winners of the contest. These are not just projects, but what hundreds of thousands of Muscovites use. And your victory is attributable not only to architectural delights, but also to the popularity and demand of your projects. It is necessary to create a new city appearance, a new urban environment. And the important thing is that you invest in these objects all your knowledge, talents, soul. This allows the city to grow younger, develop and be increasingly beloved by Muscovites. Thank you for your work”, – Sergey Sobyanin said.

The mayor also congratulated the winners of the competition on the upcoming Builder’s Day.

“This is a very important holiday for Moscow, not only because hundreds of thousands of citizens connected their lives with this profession, but also because our city has been closely associated with development, construction, investment at all centuries”, – Sobyanin emphasized.

The mayor noted the work of the builders of Moscow during the pandemic, emphasizing that the construction complex of the capital adequately emerged from this crisis situation – construction volumes, demand for housing and commercial real estate are already being restored.

Recall that this year 111 projects from different companies were announced for the competition, and 38 reached the final. The winners in 12 nominations were determined by the results of the voting of the city competition commission and open citywide voting among Muscovites.

“The competition has been held since 2000 and plays an important role in the development of the investment and construction industry of the capital. All its participants are directly working on a qualitative change in the appearance of the city, the introduction of the latest technologies and materials into the construction process. The victory in the competition demonstrates not only the high quality of the implementation of the presented projects, but also their demand and significance for Muscovites”, – Andrei Bochkarev, Deputy Mayor of Moscow on Urban Planning and Construction, said.
