UATI inspection: warehouse in Salaryevo is half completed
A new project of construction a warehouse complex was launched near the station Salaryevo of Sokolnicheskaya metro line. A two-storey building with an area of 1.3 thousand square meters is scheduled for commissioning by the end of October, 2016.
The warehouse complex is classified as a “low-risk” facility, for which the urban planning legislation provides a simplified procedure of obtaining approvals and permits. That allows implementing the project without the mandatory expert examination of project documentation and state construction supervision.
Today in Moscow the construction of “low-risk” facilities is high in demand by small and medium-sized business. In the past, 2-3 years were required for a construction project of a warehouse, now it takes about a year. Taking into account all the implemented reforms which lowered administrative barriers, such category of objects can be built in “Nine Steps”.
Fashion-retailer Podium Market decided to use this simplified scheme for construction of their warehouse in New Moscow. In a co-project “Test purchase” with PH “Kommersant” the company decided to check the operation of the new system of getting approvals and permits.
The investor has already passed through 5 stages of the construction project. The developer has already obtained the development plan of a land plot (GPZU), the construction permit, the excavation order and examining land surveying results. The fifth step was the UATI inspection, which was performed in front of journalists on September 22.

“The fifth stage is completed. But we are in charge of a regular monitoring of the project regardless of construction phase. We have detected certain violations of construction site maintenance. Construction site arrangements have not yet been completed. We have drawn up a report according to the survey,” said the Chief Inspector UATI of the city of Moscow, Sergey Rogatyn.
Sergey Boldyrev, Business Director of Podium Market company assured that violations do not affect the term of the object construction.
“As of today the builders have the fully ready pit and the poured foundation. 25 beams were erected, which will be anchored with metalworks and sandwich panels. The warehouse complex is completed by 50%. We’ve completed the hardest part of works,” he said.
The Podium Market company has launched a new project in April 2016. Construction is conducted on the area of 1.25 thousand sq. meters. Besides the construction of a warehouse it is planned to create a suburban gardening work space with landscaping of the adjacent territory.
