Ivan Andrievsky: The number of differences, competitive and complex situations with connecting to networks must be reduced

16.08.2017

Commenting on the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation, changing the rules for connecting to gas networks of capital construction projects, that the adopted document will positively affect the final quality of engineering networks in general, said the first vice-president of the Russian Union of Engineers, Ivan Andrievsky.

“Innovations can be designated by a triad: unification, acceleration, monitoring. Increasingly unified is generally the trend of our time. Now the number of discrepancies, controversial and complex situations should be reduced, and the overall security level of the facility should increase, “he told Rossiyskaya Gazeta.

According to him, the connection of gas networks is now unified with the order of connecting capital construction projects to other types of networks of engineering and technical support. That directly and positively affects the final quality of engineering networks in general.

All terms (connections, examinations, etc.) are reduced, and in some cases, twice. The concept of “verification” is replaced by a more modern concept of “monitoring”, which assumes constant monitoring of the status of networks.

Builders and owners of houses do not immediately feel the changes envisaged by the government resolution. Industries should prepare for them, but the fact that the connection time will decrease is a fact.
