One of the main tasks of the state is to provide homes of all citizens, said Artem Kuznetsov, Chairman of the board of directors of GUTA-Development company.

“To date, this problem can be solved. There are new ways of attracting mortgage loans to the market. Over the past two years, 85 million square meters of housing was commissioned in Russia – it is a record-breaking figure,” said Kuznetsov.

According to him, this pace of construction can be kept if the construction market is transparent.

He noted that Moscow has ready real estate assets, which are always high in demand. However, there are other regions of Russia, where the situation is different.

“Strict regulation puts smaller developers at risk in the first place. It is therefore necessary to make changes to the investment fund, which will be “under the roof” of the state. Developers will be able to accurately calculate the risks, and people will understand how many of their money is spent and what is the term of commissioning of the given house,” the expert considers.

Artem Kuznetsov stressed that the state construction policy should be aimed at the realization of projects of comfort and accessibility in residential property prices.
