artemy_krylovThe outcomes of lowering administrative barriers carried out by the Moscow authorities are obvious, says CEO of OPIN Artemy Krylov.

“For years we actively work in the Moscow region. Currently our total projects area amounts to 500 thousand square meters. Under the new regulations, it is possible to issue GPZU, construction permit, conclusion of compliance and occupancy permit in electronic form,” said Krylov.

He noted that the provision of state services related to construction via the Internet, which is actively developing in Moscow and the Moscow region, is a huge development for construction industry.

“Today, the key rule for a developer in the new system – a careful approach to preparation of documentation which is meant to be sent for approval. To a certain extent, the bonus of this optimization is growing discipline in the industry,” said Artemy Krylov.
